The GREAT Park!

So a couple weeks back we went to the "Great Park" in Orange county, and it was great! (Pun intended). It's such a fun place for families! Everything was free and we had a fun time the entire day!

When we first got there we rode the carousel, then we rode it again, and again, and again, and again, and ... well you get the picture. Rocco loved it! ZeeZee and I rode a horse the first time around, but after that we just sat on the bench while Rocco went from one animal to another. So much fun! Then we went and got our hands stamped so we could be on standby to ride in the helium balloon (like a ot air balloon but full of helium...). While we waited for them to call our names to ride, Rocco got to play on their totally awesome playground, while Seth, ZZ, and I enjoyed to wonderful weather and the lawn!

Then, we rode in the balloon It was incredible! The view was totally awesome! Rocco loved that we could see the playground from way up in the sky, and I thought the playground looked pretty cool from the bird's eye view. If I'm completely honest though, I'll admit I was a little scared being up that high. But Rocco and ZZ were fearless! Rocco didn't want to get off when they brought us back down to the ground...

After our awesome balloon adventure we had a picnic on the lawn. Next to the picnic area they have a Porsche school, where they were time testing and racing Porsches. So while Rocco went crazy on the playground, and ZZ crawled all over the place, Seth and I drooled over the cool cars!

We finished the day by riding the carousel a couple more times and went home! We'll definitely be going back though! Apparently they are opening the largest indoor aviation museum there pretty soon, so that will make it even more awesome!
