Two days ago Seth had the morning off and Rocco didn't have school until one in the afternoon. So we threw on warm winter clothing and headed up the Mentone canyon. Then we PLAYED! and we PLAYED! and we PLAYED! in the SNOW!!! Only in California can you go from playing on the slide in your front yard in shorts and a tshirt, to driving 10 minutes and playing in the snow!
The kids had the time of their lives! Zeegan was scared of the snow at first, but when she saw Rocco making snow angels and Seth throwing snow in the air and then running right through it, she decided to enjoy herself too. She was pretty funny about it though; she didn't like the snow piling up on my shoes, so she kept getting real worried about it and stopping her fun to come clean my boots off. Hee Hee! She's such a cutie!
Anyway we all had so much fun I think we might go back on Saturday! If we don't go to the beach that is...
