Zeegan's 2nd Birthday

I've decided we just need to plan on always having bad weather the morning of ZZ's birthday parties. You may remember last year it was so windy that the canopies, food and decorations all got blown over or away... Well, this year, we woke to rain.
That being said, it was a fabulous party! The weather cleared up enough that we could still have the party outside and although it was a bit chilly, no one seemed to mind!

Zeegan's birthday started out with Rocco not being able to wait another minute to give her his present. He got her a princess helmet and bell for the bike he made her for Christmas. ZeeZee LOVED it! she voluntarily hugged and kissed Rocco. PRECIOUS!

Then we partied! ZeeZee's obsessed with princesses. ALL princesses. So we did a princess themed party and she was ecstatic! SHe loved it all. SHe kept asking "For ZZ?" about the party decorations. She was so excited!  and in the weeks since her party, she's asked at least a hundred times for a "ZZ pardy agun?".  LOVE that girl! and that girl LOVED her party!

You probably can't tell from the pictures, but the decorations turned out looking really cute!

We served Club Sandwiches and PB&J's, with applesauce, salads, watermelon, chips and drinks. Simple and yummy. I made the cakes out of mini princess dols and round cakes. They turned out pretty cute considering the fact that I'm the one who made them. I Really am not talented in the cake decorating department!
Then we had a "Make yourself up Royal" table where the girls could get tutu's, tiara's, make-up kits, and bejewel tshirts to complete their royal ensemble! The boys got swords and t-shirts that they could add either a batman symbol or a CTR shield to. All the kids seemed to love ROYALifying themselves. We also set up the bouncy house for more party fun...

Zeegan got so many fun toys and princess things she didn't know what to do with herself! She was SOOOO excited! She giggled after opening each present. It was pretty daRn cute :)

A bunch of the kids started collecting all the snails that had come out from the rain. It was REALLY disgusting! All the dad's thought it was hilarious and totally awesome. GROSS!!! but it was pretty cute to see little Teagan having no fear of carrying around a cup over-filled with snails!

Noah and Luke came back from Hawaii just in time for ZZ's party, Rocco and Noah were SOOOO excited to see each other again after all this time...

Zeegan "Sammy"alaina and Uncle Sammy share a birthday. She's not happy about it... LOL.

ZeeZee was so exhausted after all that partying she went  straight to sleep after all her friends left. Isn't my little two year old the cutest sweetest little baby that you ever did see?!!!

We LOVE you Zeegan! You've been sunshine in our family! I'm so glad you are ours forever and the past two years have been the best in my life! We love you baby girl... :)
