1. Do you ever lose anything right in front of your face?

• I Do! I lose my keys all the time! and I usually find them in my hand or my pocket...

• I lost the milk cap earlier today, I searched high and low and everywhere in between, only to find Rocco had been holding it out for me the entire time I'd been searching...

• I'm pretty sure I'm losing my mind, a little bit at a time... If you happen to find it! Please return it!!!

Family Birthday Party

We had a birthday party for Daddy at Grammy and Grampa Purcell's house tonight...

(please excuse how nasty I look, I'd been throwing up all day; food poisoning; chinese)

For once, Rocco allowed himself and his face to get messy and he DUG IN to the ice cream cupcakes!

Later, after cake and ice cream, he decided to be an intellectual and wear Grammy's JLo glasses

Boy he thought he was so funny!

Rocco! Or should I say... BATMAN!!!

Today Rocco decided he wanted to be Batman!

Daddy's Birthday Present is No More

Seth's Birthday is on Friday. So Rocco and I tried to get on top of things and buy his birthday presents early this year, So we went shopping yesterday (I know, I know... 3 days in advance! What can I say? I'm incredible!).
Our first stop was at World Market, we thought we'd see if they had any fabulous Dutch Chocolate we could surprise Daddy with...
Turns out, Rocco reads Dutch as well as I do: We couldn't figure out what language was even on the chocolate packages...
Ere go, No Dutch Chocolate for Daddy. but we did find the next best thing: Lindt Hazelnut Truffles... One of our Family Favorites!
We bought Daddy these delicious truffles and made our way to the car, by the time we reached the car Rocco couldn't wait a moment longer for a chocolate (He recognized the package... he knows his chocolates!). I informed my sweet little boy that the chocolates were for daddy's birthday and he would have to wait 'til Friday; he turned not so sweet. he threw a fit to challenge all fits. So being the great mother that I am, I knew I could not reward a tantrum...
Okay, okay, I gave in and handed over the chocolates!
Well, to make this long story short, Seth is no longer getting chocolates for his birthday

AKA

Rocco ate them all!
(Can you see the drool running do his chin and onto his shirt? Yummy!)

But he was kind enough to share the last few with Dad and Mom...

We promise to get you something non-edible so you can be the one to actually enjoy it!

Rocco's New Haircut

Rocco got a haircut. I didn't realize how short the longest setting on the clippers was. Thinking it would be easier than clipping the bottom and snipping the top, I told Seth "Just to do his whole head with the clippers". Seth asked "Are you sure Juli?" I said "Yep! Go ahead!"... Boy oh boy, if I had realized just how short a number 8 is...

It's so sad, my little boy looks so grown up... But, he's still ADORABLE!!!

Rocco's New Shoes

Grammy got Rocco new shoes on Saturday and he loves them!
Made Daddy put them on his feet first thing this morning...

Well, we've lived here for quite awhile, but I am finally getting our house pictures up. The pictures aren't super good, it's a small house, so it was hard to get back far enough to show much of anything in the pictures, but this'll give you an idea of what our house is like...

It's small, but for the Rent, it's Awesome! and we love having such a huge yard! and we just Love living here! Not to mention, it's real close to the school. So we are super happy with it...
